Represents the relationship between applicants, where an applicant can be either a business entity or an individual. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later.

### ApplicantId

- **Type**: reference

- **Description**: Represents information about a group that is applying.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Applicant
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Applicant

### ApplicantRole

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies how the applicant organization is associated with the related applicant.
- **Possible values**:
    - Parent
    - Subsidiary

### DecisionMakingAuthorityType

- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the type of the decision-making authority.
- **Possible values**:
    - Authorized Signatory

### IsDecisionMakingAuthority

- **Description**: Indicates whether the stakeholder is a decision-making authority (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### IsShareholder

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the stakeholder is a shareholder (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Auto-number identifier for the relationship.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the user who created the relationship record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner

- **Description**: Specifies the hierarchical level between the account and the intermediate shareholder. The shareholder hierarchy level is applicable only to an intermediate share holder.

- **Description**: Specifies the shareholder's ownership type.

    - Domestic Ultimate Owner

### ShareholderType

- **Description**: Specifies the type of the shareholder.

    - Shareholding
    - Voting Rights
    - Beneficiary of a Trust
    - Sole Proprietor

### StartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date when the relationship between the applicant and the related applicant started.

### TotalSharePercent

- **Type**: percent
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The total percentage of shares owned by the stakeholder, combining both direct and indirect ownership.
