Represents information about a participant in the context of an account record. This object is available in API version 49.0 and later.

## Fields

### AccountId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The ID of the account related to the participant.

### Comments

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Notes about this participant.

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether this participant is active.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: An automatically generated name for the participant.

### ParticipantId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The ID of the user or group related to the participant.

### ParticipantRoleId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the object-based role for this participant.
