Represents information about an additional party associated with a financial liability. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later.

## Special Access Rules

This is a standard object and is available only when you turn on the Financial Account Management Standard Objects setting.

### AccountId

- **Description**: The account associated with the financial liability additional party.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Account

### ApplicantId

- **Description**: The applicant associated with the additional borrower of the financial liability.
    
    This field is a relationship field.

### ContactId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The contact associated with the financial liability additional party.
    
    This field is a relationship field.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Description**: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the record.

### PartyFinancialLiabilityId

- **Description**: The financial liability held by the additional party.
    
    This field is a relationship field.

- **Description**: The party profile associated with the additional borrower of the financial liability.

### SharePercent

- **Description**: The percentage of the financial liability held by the additional party.

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The unique identifier of the additional party associated with the financial liability in an external system.
