# FleetParticipant

Represents the relationship between a fleet and a participant, such as an account, a contact, or a user. This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

## Fields

### EffectiveEndDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date until when a participant is associated with a fleet.

### EffectiveStartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date from when a participant is associated with a fleet.

### FleetId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The fleet associated with the Fleet Participant record. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Fleet
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Fleet

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The autopopulated name of a Fleet Participant record.

### ParticipantId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The participant associated with a Fleet, such as an account, a user, or a contact. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Participant
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Account, Contact, User

### ParticipantRole

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The role of a participant associated with a fleet. Possible values are: Driver, Maintenance Associate, Manager, or Operations Manager.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the status of the participant in relation to a fleet. Possible values are: Active, Inactive, or Resigned.
