# AppraisalAdjustment

Represents an adjustment for the appraisal or an appraisal item. This object is available in API version 63.0 and later.

## Fields

### AdjustedById

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The contact or the user that performs the adjustment. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: AdjustedBy
- **Refers To**: Contact, User

### AdjustmentValue

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The positive or negative value of the appraisal adjustment.

### AppraisalId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The appraisal record for which an adjustment is made. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Appraisal
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: Appraisal (the master object)

### AppraisalItemId

- **Description**: The appraisal item record for which an adjustment is made This field is a relationship field.

- **Description**: The description of the appraisal adjustment.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Description**: The timestamp indicating the last time the current user viewed a related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp indicating when the current user last viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the appraisal adjustment.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the status of the adjustment. Default values are:

- Approved
- InReview—Under Review
- Rejected

### Type

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the type of the appraisal adjustment. Possible values are: Negative, or Positive.
