# VoiceTelephonyDefinition

Represents the org-level voice telephony configuration for Agentforce Contact Center, including the dialing prefix, dialing region, default caller ID, and pre-dial flow used when placing outbound calls. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

create(), delete(), describeSObjects(), query(), retrieve(), update(), upsert()

## Special Access Rules

To access this object, enable Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set.
