# SensitiveDataRuleElmntGrp

Stores Named Entity Recognition (NER)-based sensitive-data rules at the organization level to redact PII/PCI from voice and messaging transcripts. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Each record defines the redaction action, mask character, participant roles, channel, and an optional default confidence threshold. These rules run in parallel with regex-based [LiveChatSensitiveDataRule](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.264.0.object_reference.meta/object_reference/sforce_api_objects_livechatsensitivedatarule.htm) and merges all detected spans before applying redaction.
