Tracked change attachment to a feed item.

#### Important

This class isn’t available in version 32.0 and later. In version 32.0 and later, [ConnectApi.TrackedChangesCapability](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.apexref.meta/apexref/apex_connectapi_output_tracked_changes_capability.htm "If a feed element has this capability, it contains all changes to a record for a single tracked change event.") is used.
