# Extend Work.com with Custom Solutions

Build custom solutions for Work.com, including Workplace Command Center, Wellness Check, Shift Management, Employee Workspace and more, to help businesses respond to a major event, adopt wide-scale compliance, implement an auditing system, or other workplace operations.

We built Work.com as the solution to help businesses reopen the workplace as quickly as possible, while keeping employees, customers, partners, and communities safe and informed during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.

The Work.com solution is an ecosystem of many products including the Workplace Command Center, Shift Management, Emergency Response Management and more. Work.com provides a framework for organizing critical information from various sources such as government policies, regional health data, and company information.

Use the Work.com framework to enhance employees’ Work.com experience, or integrate Work.com data with existing apps in the following ways.

-   Enrich Work.com data. Add more employee or location details, or integrate your own data model, to improve the Work.com Workplace Command Center experience.
-   Enhance the Workplace Command Center functionality. Create custom components that users can add to the Workplace Command Center with critical features. Update your component UI in real-time based on user changes to location filters.
-   Integrate Work.com data in other solutions. Expand the Work.com solution with more data-driven apps.
