# Waitlist Participants (PATCH)

Contains the error codes and error code messages related with Salesforce Scheduler API for the `waitlist/participants` (PATCH) resource.

This table lists HTTP response code descriptions that are unique to this resource.

|HTTP Response Code|Error Code|Description|
|------------------|----------|-----------|
|400|`API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG`|The Drop In Appointments setting isn't enabled in your org. Ask your Salesforce admin to enable the setting.|
|400|`INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS`|The calling user doesn't have access to Lobby Management. Assign a lobby management permission set, such as Facility Manager or Queue Manager, to the user.|
|400|`INVALID_API_INPUT`|One of: `waitlistParticipantId` is missing or empty; `waitlistParticipantId` doesn't match a waitlist participant whose `Status` is `Unassigned`; `targetPosition` is missing; `targetPosition` is `0`, a negative value other than `-1`, or otherwise invalid.|
|400|`JSON_PARSER_ERROR`|The `targetPosition` value isn't a number, or the value is outside the signed 32-bit integer range.|
|405|`METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED`|The request used an HTTP method other than `PATCH`.|
