# Enable Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS

Enable Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS to give Salesforce admins the ability to integrate partner messaging and voice channels into Salesforce contact centers.

Enable Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS by creating and packaging all the metadata needed for Salesforce admins to set up and configure the product. The steps to enable Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS include creating a Dev Hub org and registering a namespace, then creating an OAuth-enabled Interaction Service external client app, a custom platform event, and ConversationVendorInfo and ContactCenterChannel records. The entire package is uploaded to AppExchange for Salesforce admins to download and install in their orgs.
