# Repository (sf_devops__Repository__c)

Represents a specific location in a source control system where the metadata for a project is stored. Multiple projects can reference the same repository. This object is available in all orgs that have DevOps Center installed.

**note:** Many of the fields on this object are specific to GitHub. As DevOps Center supports additional source control systems, these fields will likely change or move.

## Supported Calls

`create()`, `delete()`, `describeLayout()`, `describeSObjects()`, `getDeleted()`, `getUpdated()`, `query()`, `retrieve()`, `undelete()`, `update()`, `upsert()`

## Fields

|`Name`|string|Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update|Name of this Repository record.|
|`OwnerId`|reference|Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update|ID of the user who owns this record. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship name: Owner. Relationship type: Lookup. Refers to: Group, User.|
|`sf_devops__Default_Branch__c`|string|Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update|Branch in the repository that contains all the changes you plan to release. In GitHub, this branch is typically called `main`.|
|`sf_devops__GitHub_Owner__c`|string|Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update|Owner of the repository. In GitHub, this string is used in the URL for the repository.|
|`sf_devops__GitHub_Repo__c`|string|Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update|Name of the repository. In GitHub, this string is used in the URL for the repository.|
|`sf_devops__Last_Event__c`|string|Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update|ID of the most recent VCS Event that DevOps Center processed from GitHub. DevOps Center uses this ID to ensure it doesn’t duplicate downloading or reprocessing events.|
|`sf_devops__Named_Credential__c`|string|Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update|Name of the named credential that DevOps Center uses to connect to this repository.|
|`sf_devops__Polling_Interval__c`|double|Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update|Specifies how often DevOps Center polls for VCS Events.|
|`sf_devops__Provider__c`|picklist|Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update|Provider of this repository. Currently, the only valid value is `GitHub`.|
