# Evaluate and Improve Your Consultant Listings

Keep your consultant listings accurate, up to date, and performing at their best. Review your lead source codes and complete these quarterly steps to drive customer conversions.

## Lead Source Codes for Consultant Listings

When a customer interacts with your listing, AgentExchange generates a lead. For more information, visit [Enable AgentExchange Lead Collection](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/isvforce/guide/appexchange-enable-lead-collection.html). Each lead includes a source code that identifies the action they took. The source codes that apply to consultant listings are:

- **DM**—The customer clicks the demo video tile in your media carousel. (Also applies to solution listings.)
- **LM**—The customer clicks Learn More on your listing. (Consultant listings only.)

## Keep Your Listing Effective

- **Audit your Learn More URL quarterly.** Confirm it resolves and leads to a conversion-oriented page.
- **Keep certifications current.** Competency levels depend on active certifications in your Partner profile.
- **Register project work.** Completed projects drive your Competency Level and Eligible Projects count.
- **Respond to reviews.** Customer reviews and your responses are visible on the Reviews tab.
- **Add media and resources.** Listings with demos, case studies, and documentation convert better than text-only listings.
- **Monitor your analytics.** Use AgentExchange Marketplace Analytics to understand how customers find and interact with your listing.
