# Receive Private Offers from AgentExchange Partners

Customers can receive tailored pricing and contract terms by opting into private offers directly within their Salesforce org. This streamlined procurement process replaces fragmented email chains with a unified purchasing experience through the Your Account page. Users can review, accept, or reject customized offers sent by third-party partners to speed up solution deployment. After you accept the offer, automated billing and provisioning then ensure immediate access to the purchased software.

## Before You Begin

**note:** Only specific partners use the Private Offers. If a partner offers the service, you either see a Request Private Offer button on their AgentExchange listing or they can send you a private offer directly.

## Receive Private Offers

To receive private offers from partners:

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter `Offers Marketplace`, and select it.

2. Select **Opt-in to Partner Offers and Agree to Terms and Conditions** to turn on Private Offers.

3. Agree to the terms to allow third-party negotiations within Salesforce.

## Request Private Offers

To request private offers from a partner listing:

1. From an AgentExchange listing, select **Request Private Offer**.

2. Fill in your contact information and details about your request.

3. Select **Request Offer**.

4. You receive an email with the offer and links to respond when it's ready.

## Manage Offers

To manage private offers in your Salesforce org:

1. After you opt in, go to the Your Account page.

2. Select the Partner Offers tile.

3. From the Partner Offers tab, select the offer you want to manage.

4. From the Offer Detail page, you can view all the offer details, including negotiated pricing, start and end dates, and contract terms.

5. Select Accept or Reject to respond to the offer.

6. After you accept the offer, Salesforce generates an order that appears in the partner and Salesforce systems. You receive your product licenses and an invoice, as outlined in the offer. You can continue to access offer details from the Your Account page.

## Enable Renewal Expiration Notifications

For new and existing customers, the subscriber order expiration notifications are disabled by default. Because these notifications are flow templates, you must clone a template before you can activate it.

To enable the notifications:

1. From Setup, enter **Flows** in the Quick Find box, and then select it.

2. Locate the Go-To-Market renewal subscriber order expiration flow template and open it.

3. Select **Save As New Flow**.

4. Open the cloned flow, enter a name and label for the flow, and then click **Activate**.
