# Manage Flows in Marketing Cloud

When you create a campaign, Marketing Cloud Next automatically creates a flow and associates it with the campaign. You can use a flow to send a single message, or to send more complex, multi-channel messages.

<!-- Saving this for later.

When you delete a campaign, associated flows remain in their current state, but each flow’s sharing settings revert to the defined sharing rules for the flow. If no sharing rules are defined, flows revert to private.
