# Omni Channel Workload Changed

**`lightning:omniChannelWorkloadChanged`**

Indicates that an agent’s workload has changed.

`lightning:omniChannelWorkloadChanged` is an application event that indicates an agent’s workload has changed. This event is supported in Lightning console apps only.
