# Omni Channel Work Flag Updated

**`lightning:omniChannelWorkFlagUpdated`**

Indicates that a work item's flag has changed.

`lightning:omniChannelWorkFlagUpdated` is an application event that indicates a work item's flag has changed. This event is supported in Lightning console apps only.
