# Omni Channel Work Declined

**`lightning:omniChannelWorkDeclined`**

Indicates that a user has declined a work assignment.

`lightning:omniChannelWorkDeclined` is an application event that indicates a user has declined a work assignment. This event is supported in Lightning console apps only.
