# Omni Channel Work Closed

**`lightning:omniChannelWorkClosed`**

Indicates that a user has closed a tab in the console that’s associated with a work item.

`lightning:omniChannelWorkClosed` is an application event that indicates a user has closed a tab in the console that’s associated with a work item. This event is supported in Lightning console apps only.
