With the Anypoint Starter for Industries license, you can set up the Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft application. Before you connect to the Salesforce and MuleSoft instances, ensure you have the Salesforce Administrator and MuleSoft Administrator profile.

Watch this video to understand how you can connect Salesforce and MuleSoft instances and turn on the integrations.

## 1. Discover

Learn about the Loyalty Management POS API integration apps available in MuleSoft Exchange and when to use them.

## 2. Accept the Terms and Conditions

Before you use the MuleSoft Direct integrations, you must read and accept the terms and conditions of usage and enable access to them. See [Enable Access to MuleSoft Direct Integrations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.access_integrations.htm&type=5).

To revoke access to the Loyalty Management POS API, see [Disable Access to Industry APIs and Integrations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.disable_access_to_industry_apis.htm&type=5&_ga=2.169039585.159148849.1689572056-240703375.1682484532>2) in _Salesforce Help_.

## 3. Connect Your Salesforce and MuleSoft Instances

Securely connect your Salesforce and MuleSoft instances by logging in to your MuleSoft Anypoint Platform account or by using the credentials from a connected app in your MuleSoft instance. See [Connect Your Salesforce and MuleSoft Instances](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.connect_to_mulesoft_instance.htm&type=5).

## 4. Enable Integrations

Enable an integration to configure and deploy an instance of the integration and its dependent apps in your MuleSoft instance. Enable an integration multiple times to create multiple instances of the same integration. See [Enable Integrations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.enable_integration_assets.htm&type=5).

## 5. Extend Your Integration App

After you deploy an integration app in your MuleSoft instance, you can extend the app in Anypoint Studio to meet your business needs. See [Extend your Integration App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.extend_your_application.htm&type=5).

After the integration asset is deployed, Salesforce creates a named credential for the integration instance. The named credential specifies the URL of a callout endpoint and its required authentication parameters in one definition. See [Named Credentials](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.named_credentials_about.htm&type=5) in _Salesforce Help_.
