# Set Up Integration with GDS APIs

Salesforce Loyalty Management provides a seamless experience to Loyalty program members across channels. For customers in travel and hospitality, providing a seamless experience requires integration with many external systems, such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and other industry-specific systems.

Enable Loyalty Management experience in travel booking and reservations on airline reservation websites or Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) by integrating Loyalty Management with your Global Distribution (GDS) or Reservation system. This integration enhances customer engagement, increases sales, and fosters customer loyalty.
