# Credit Memo Data Model

Entities and relationships to adjust invoices through credit amounts for returns, overcharges, or other billing discrepancies. Credit Memos are linked to Invoices to reduce amounts owed or to apply as future payment credits, ensuring proper adjustments to customer balances.
