# Set Up the SAP Concur Connector

Set up the SAP Concur Connector connection to start the flow of data into Data 360.

| To create a connection: | System Admin profile or Data Cloud Architect permission set |

Before you begin:

- Verify your admin has enabled firewalls on the system you want Data 360 to connect to by including these [IP addresses](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_data_cloud_ip_address_allowlist.htm&type=5) to your allowlists.

1. In Salesforce, click **Setup**, and select **Data Cloud Setup**.

2. Under External Integrations, click **Other Connectors**.

3. Click **New**.

4. On the Source tab, select Salesforce SAP Concur and click **Next**.

5. Enter a connection name and connection API name, and provide the authentication details.

   For Authentication Details, select a Named Credential from the dropdown.

   - Enter the SSL Certificate as a string or upload the string as a .pem file.

6. For Connection Details, provide details on sandbox, region, Concur instance URL, login ID and user ID.

   - For Use Sandbox, check this box if you are using a sandbox test account.

   - For Region, select US, Europe or China from the dropdown.

   - For Concur Instance URL, enter the URL that ends in `api.concursolutions.com`.

   - For Login ID, enter the login ID of the SAP Concur user account that you used to create external credentials for the SAP Concur connector. See [Create External Credentials for the SAP Concur Connector](/docs/data/data-cloud-int/guide/c360-a-sapconcur-cred.html) for more details.

   - For User ID, enter the unique identifier of the SAP Concur user account.

7. To review your configuration, click **Test Connection**.

8. Click **Save**.

After the connector details are accepted, the connection is created and listed under Connectors. You can now create data streams.
