# Oracle NetSuite Connector Limitations and Troubleshooting (Beta)

Learn about Oracle NetSuite connector limitations and how to resolve connection-test issues. For limitations that apply to all connectors, see [Data 360 Limits and Guidelines](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=data.c360_a_limits_and_guidelines.htm&type=5).

## Limitations

### Supported SuiteTalk WSDL Versions

The **Version** field controls the SuiteTalk (SOAP) WSDL endpoint. NetSuite retires WSDL endpoints on a rolling schedule. A connection that uses an older version can stop working after a NetSuite release.

For the current supported versions and version-retirement schedule, see Oracle NetSuite's [Supported WSDL Versions](https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N3418621.html) and [Versioning and Removal Overview](https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N3418264.html).

To determine the version that a connection uses:

1. In NetSuite, go to **Setup** > **Integration** > **SOAP Web Services Usage Log**.
2. Expand the date range and click **Refresh**.
3. Review the **API VERSION** column.

## Troubleshooting

### Clicking Test Connection in the Connection Setup Fails

When you create a connection, Data 360 performs a validation test.

#### Issue

The connection test fails.

#### Solution

- Verify that the **Client ID**, **Client Secret**, **Access Token**, and **Access Token Secret** match the values in your NetSuite integration record.
- Verify that the integration user has the required NetSuite permissions.
- If you use the SuiteTalk schema, verify that the **Version** field uses a supported SuiteTalk WSDL version.
- If you use Named Credential authentication, verify that you created the external credential and named credential before you create the connection.
