After you set up the connection and activate your segment, the [LY Ads API](https://ads-developers.yahoo.co.jp/en/) activates the new and updated user records incrementally. This connection also supports a full refresh to reload all information.

## Restrictions and Requirements

- **Minimum Audience Size**: LY Ads requires a minimum of 100 matched active users in an audience before you can use the audience for ad targeting. See [Import data and create audience list for customer data](https://ads-help.yahoo-net.jp/s/article/H000044507?language=en_US).
- **Audience Time to Live (TTL)**: LY Ads has a TTL of up to 180 days. If the records in your audience segment aren't updated every 180 days, the system flags them as inactive and deletes them. To prevent audience expiration, use the full refresh option before the TTL expires.
- **Regional Availability**: LY Ads is available only to advertisers based in Japan. Accounts use Japanese yen (JPY) and Japan Standard Time (JST). For details, see [LY for Business](https://www.lycbiz.jp/en/).
