# Set Up a Meta Ads Connection

Create a Meta Ads connection to use as a data source in Salesforce Data Cloud.

1.  In Data Cloud, from Setup, click **Data Cloud Setup**.

2.  From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter `Other Connectors`, and then select **Other Connectors**.

3.  Click **New**, and then select **Meta Ads**.

4.  In Authentication Details, select **Auth Provider** for the named credential.

5.  In the next dropdown list, select **Meta Ads Data Cloud**.

6.  Click **Authenticate**, select the Meta account, and complete the authentication process.

7.  In Connection Details, select or enter the Account ID.

    If the Account ID you want isn’t available, enter it in Override Account ID.

8.  To review your configuration, click **Test Connection**.

9.  Save your changes.

After the connector details are accepted, it’s listed under Other Connectors and ready to use.
