Use the Box connector to ingest your organization’s [supported content](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_search_index_reference.htm&type=5) from Box Drive directly into Data 360. After content is ingested, Agentforce Agents use your content stored on your Box Drive to drive accurate answers to your users' questions.
