## Search Index and Chunking Failed

When you create an AEM connector, turn on search indexing.

### Issue

Data 360 didn't create a search index or chunks.

### Solution

The solution is to create or rebuild the search index.

1. From App Launcher, select **Data Cloud**.
2. Do one of these steps:
   a. If you have a search index:
   1. Open the **Search Index** tab.
   2. Select the search index that you created.
   3. Click **Rebuild** from the dropdown menu on the right.
      b. If you don’t have a search index, create one:
   4. From the search index tab, click **New > Easy Setup**.
   5. Select the corresponding Data Model Object.
