# Use the Connect API Postman Collection

To use the Salesforce Data 360 Connect REST API Postman collection, first make sure that you [set up the collection](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/data/connectapi/guide/set-up-the-collection.md). Then, perform a test.

## Execute a Test Request

This test is a User Info request. It returns a 200 status, along with JSON that contains information about the currently connected user.

1. Expand the collection and the Auth folder.
2. Select the **User Info** request.
3. To run the request, click **Send**.

If your environment is set up correctly, your request receives a `200 OK` status. This status means that you have authenticated successfully with Salesforce Data 360 and that you can now use the collection’s other resources.
