# Context API

Retrieve assembled context for agents from Data 360's Agentic Memory system. The Context API aggregates memories, conversation history, and profile data, applying governance rules before returning a composed context payload optimized for LLM consumption.

**Available in:** All editions supported by Data 360. See [Data 360 edition availability](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_dc_editions.htm&type=5).

> **Note:** Unlike the Conversation and Memory APIs, `agent_id` is a **query parameter**, not a header, for the GET context endpoint. When `agent_id` is supplied, the data space is resolved from the agent's runtime configuration.
