# Shopper Agent for Storefront Next

Shopper Agent for Storefront Next guides customers through product discovery and their purchasing journey. With the AI-powered Shopper Agent, shoppers can find products, get recommendations, and complete purchases using the Commerce Client chat instead of traditional browse-and-click navigation. Enable Shopper Agent to provide it in your storefront.

After you complete the setup of Shopper Agent, launch it by opening the chat panel in one of these locations.

- The storefront header: click the Shopper Agent icon.

- The Account Overview page: under the "Need Help?" section, click **Ask a question**.
