# Access Violation Logs

## Prerequisites

Before you can view Page Shield violation logs, you must:

- Configure at least one Page Shield policy in the zone.
- Have access to the Log Center. For details, see [Start Log Center](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=cc.b2c_start_log_center.htm&type=5).

## View Log Center Violation Logs

In the Log Center, specify a **Service Type** of **ecdn** to restrict the search. This provides violation logs and audit logs with details of when and how a policy was changed.

Audit logs contain both old and new policy information, for example:

- Old value:
