Before enabling Mobile Builder for Agentforce, your org must meet these requirements.
- Agentforce is configured in your org.
- Einstein is enabled. Without Einstein, the New Mobile Customization button is disabled in the builder.
- At least one Agentforce agent and topic is configured, with an associated Apex invocable action.
