Check Rebate Calculations Using a Flow

Eliminate guesswork and rework by checking which transactions are considered in the rebate calculations by the Rebate Orchestration flow. Use the Check Rebate Calculations prebuilt app to quickly run a screen flow and find out which Transaction Journal records qualify for the final payout for a specific rebate member enrolled in a rebate program, and for a specific payout period. You can also find out which rebate types are applied to the transactions that qualify for payout.

Note The Check Rebate Calculations app only works for standard rebate programs. You can’t use this app for ship-and-debit rebate programs.

  Complete these tasks before you deploy and use the Check Rebate Calculations prebuilt app.
• Install the Rebate Transaction Qualification Check Package
  To get access to the screen flow for the Calculate Forecasts for Accounts in a Hierarchy prebuilt app, first install the Rebate Transaction Qualification Check package in Salesforce. You can clone and customize the Rebate Transaction Qualification Check flow as per your business requirements.
• Use the Check Rebate Calculations Flow
  Run the Check Rebate Calculations screen flow to see the list of rebate types and the related transaction journals that are eligible for payout. Based on the results, you can understand how the rebate orchestration flow calculates the payout because you already know the type of transactions that qualify for a specific period. The flow also helps you identify whether the rebate program, the rebate types and their benefits, or the payout period is active or not.
