# Turn Off Live Paste Automatic Updates

You can turn off automatic updates for content that users paste with Live Paste. When automatic updates are off, only members of the source document can update Live Pasted content.

### Required Editions

1. Go to https://admin.quip.com.
2. Log in using your Quip admin email and password.
3. From Settings, select **Site Settings**.
4. Turn off **Allow Automatic Updates for Live Pasted Content**.
