Learn about the key terms and the workflow of Promotion Setup. - Create a Loyalty Program Process
A loyalty program can have multiple program processes. A program process can process either Accrual or Redemption-type transaction journals. You can also filter transaction journals further by specifying the subtype of transaction journals that you want to process. - Create a Loyalty Program Process Parameter
Parameters store static values, dynamic values, and formulas. You can use parameters to define conditions or actions. Parameters can store multiple value types depending on the type and data type of the parameter. - Create a Rule
Define a business scenario to process transaction journals in a rule. You can associate a rule with a promotion to ensure that transaction journals are only processed by the rule during the promotion period. A rule contains conditions and actions that help you design your business scenario. - Create a Formula in Loyalty Program Process
You can use a formula to determine either the value of a parameter, the resource or value of a condition, or an input field of an action. - Transaction Journal Processing
