# Agentforce in Privacy Center

Discover and resolve potential compliance and risk issues in your Salesforce org with an AI-powered experience. Agentforce in Privacy Center monitors your org against a configurable compliance framework, surfaces issues before violations occur, and recommends remediation actions for your review and approval.

### Required Editions

Agentforce in Privacy Center combines Privacy Center's policy engine with Agentforce AI to help you manage compliance across privacy, security, and data governance. The feature includes preloaded global regulations, runs automated daily scans, and recommends remediation steps.

## How Agentforce in Privacy Center Works

Agentforce in Privacy Center monitors your org against the regulations that you configure, evaluates your data and settings against compliance rules, and surfaces issues for your review. You approve all remediation actions before the agent executes them.

- Automated daily scans check your org against your active compliance framework and flag potential violations as compliance issues.
- Your compliance score reflects how well your org meets the requirements in your framework and updates after each scan.
- All agent and user actions are recorded in the Audit Log.

## Key Concepts

These concepts help you understand how Agentforce in Privacy Center works.

Compliance Framework

The set of regulations that the agent uses to evaluate your org. Your framework can include standard regulations provided by Salesforce and user-defined regulations you create from your own documents. Selecting a regulation causes the agent to generate compliance rules.

Compliance Rules

The specific conditions that the agent checks during each scan. Rules are generated automatically from the regulations in your compliance framework.

Compliance Issues

Potential violations identified during a scan. Each issue includes an AI-generated summary, affected objects and fields, risk severity (high, medium, or low), and recommended solutions.

Compliance Score

A score reflecting your org's overall compliance health based on the most recent scan results. The score appears on the home page and updates after each scan.

Audit Log

A record of all actions in Agentforce in Privacy Center scans and remediation actions with timestamps.
