Learn about the key roles to set up and execute Price Protection.

 
| Role | Description |

| Channel Manager | Defines and manages Price Protection programs, including start and end dates, duration, and protection terms. Responsible for adjusting prices and calculating payouts. |
| Partner/Distributor | Eligible entities that receive Price Protection credits or debits based on price adjustments. |
| Claims Analyst | Reviews and validates claims submitted by partners. Responsible for ensuring accurate payout calculations and flagging discrepancies. |
| Finance Team | Handles credit or debit payouts, tracks program costs, and maintains an audit trail for all transactions related to price protection programs. |
