Pricing condition data originates in your external ERP system. You first load condition records into Salesforce, and then run the External Pricing Key Value Consolidation job to consolidate them into optimized runtime lookup tables.

1. Prepare and Import Data.
    1. Export pricing condition data from your ERP system as CSV files.
    2. Ensure required fields are mapped, including:

        - **For Condition Masters:** Merged Key Value (or individual key values), Pricing Value (rate or percentage), Currency, Valid From, and Valid To.
        - **For Scale Pricing (Tiers):** Tier Threshold Value, Pricing Value, and Free Product details.
    3. From **Setup**, enter Data Loader in the **Quick Find** box, and select **Data Loader**.
    4. Click **Insert**, and select the target object:

        - Select **External Pricing Key Value** for standard pricing conditions.
        - Select **External Pricing Key Value Tier** for scale or tiered pricing conditions.
    5. Select your CSV file, map the fields, and complete the import.
2. Run the External Pricing Key Value Consolidation Job.

After importing pricing data, run the Data Processing Engine job to consolidate records for runtime evaluation.

    1. From **Setup**, in the **Quick Find** box, enter **Data Processing Engine**, and then select **Data Processing Engine**.
    2. Locate the **External Pricing Key Value Consolidation** job definition.
    3. This job ships as a packaged definition and can't be edited or deactivated directly. Click the dropdown next to **Save** (or the row-level dropdown in the job list), and select **Save As** to create an editable copy of the job. Open your new copy, and configure execution parameters:

        - **First Run (Full Sync):** Set **Last Sync Date** to 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z.
        - **Subsequent Runs (Incremental Sync):** Use the timestamp of the last successful run. Unless you need this run to pick up records updated since then, use a timestamp earlier than those records' last-modified date instead.
    4. Click **Save**, and then click **Run Now**.
    5. (Optional) To run this job automatically on a recurring basis, use **Salesforce Flow** to schedule or trigger the job — running it during off-peak hours (daily) is recommended. The Data Processing Engine builder doesn't include a native scheduling option for this job.

Important The External Pricing Key Value Consolidation job must complete successfully before the system can retrieve pricing conditions for order calculations.
