Determine the correct pricing procedure for an order by configuring a Procedure Plan. The Procedure Plan acts as the schema determination engine, specifying exactly which Calculation Schema runs based on order pricing type and Internal Organization Unit.

1. From **Setup**, in the **Quick Find** box, enter **Procedure Plan Definitions**, and then select **Procedure Plan Definitions**.
2. Click **New**, and complete the New Procedure Plan Definition dialog: enter a Title and Developer Name, select a Process Type (for example, Default), optionally select a Subtype and Primary Object, select a Context Definition, and optionally enter a Description. Click **Save**.
3. Open the newly created procedure plan definition record.
4. Configure context mapping to read and write data from mapped objects as necessary.
5. Specify determination mapping parameters:

    - Sales Organization / Internal Organization Unit
    - Pricing Calculation Schema
    - Order Pricing Type _(Standard or Contract)_
6. Click **Save**, and then click **Activate** to enable the procedure plan definition.
