# Assign Standard Permission Sets

Assign the standard permission sets that ship with Penny Perfect Pricing to grant administrators and sales users access to pricing tasks — you don't need to build these from scratch.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong> and <strong>Unlimited</strong> Editions in Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud, with <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.ppp_editions_permissions.htm&amp;release=264.0.0&amp;type=5" title="Confirm the editions, add-on licenses, and organization-level permissions required before you configure or use Penny Perfect Pricing.">required add-ons</a>.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. From **Setup**, enter Permission Sets in the **Quick Find** box, and then select **Permission Sets**.
2. Assign the following standard permission sets based on user role:
    
     
    | User Role | Standard Permission Sets to Assign |
    | --- | --- |
    | Administrators | Salesforce Pricing Admin • Salesforce Pricing Design Time User • Advanced Pricing for your cloud |
    | Sales Users | Salesforce Pricing Run Time User |
3. Click **Save** and assign these permission sets to the appropriate users.
