For Proactive Asset Service to work as expected, enable specific Service Cloud features.

On the Proactive Asset Service setup page, click **Enable** for the Enable Service Cloud Features step.

These Service Cloud features are automatically enabled.

- Email-to-Case
- Omni-Channel
- Skills-based Routing
- Surveys
