Create a Data Cloud Salesforce CRM Connection

Before installing the Service data bundle and Proactive Asset Service, connect Data Cloud to Salesforce CRM.

Important
Important For Summer ‘24, Proactive Asset Service supports only a Salesforce CRM connection.
  1. On the Proactive Asset Service setup page, click Connect for the Create the Data Cloud Salesforce CRM Connection step.
  2. Ensure you have a Salesforce CRM connection. If you don’t, click New and then click Connect for the Salesforce org.
