Sharing Rules in Loyalty Management

Using sharing rules, you can share and control access to loyalty records for users in the public groups or roles.

The sharing model provides default access to some of the loyalty objects in the application. You can base a sharing rule on record ownership or other criteria. After you select which records to share, you define which groups or users to extend access to and their access level. Based on your business needs, you can use sharing rules to assign Read-Only or Read and Write access to Loyalty Management records. For more details, refer to Sharing Rules Help.
