Setup, in the ‘Review Sharing Settings’ section.
It lists your Salesforce objects — Lead, Opportunity, Account, and others — with their org-wide access levels for internal and external users. If you're satisfied with your current sharing settings, check the box to mark this step done instead.
- To set up your partner site in Experience Builder, click Go to Builder in the ‘Preview and Publish the Partner Community Site’ section.
- Open your partner site. Add or arrange components as you’d want for the partner site.
- Click Preview to see how the partners will view the partner site.
-
Click Publish when you're ready. Publishing takes a minute or
two.
If you want to preview your site for now without publishing, check the box to mark this step done.
- Navigate back to the Salesforce Go page and manually check the ‘Preview and Publish the Partner Community Site’ task.
- Click Go to Site Members, in the ‘Manage Partner User Access’ to allow partners to use your data in the partner community site.
- To give partners access to the community site, select their profiles and assign the required access levels.
- Click Save.
- Navigate back to the Salesforce Go page and manually check the ‘Manage Partner User Access’ task.
- Click Go to Site Settings, in the ‘Activate the Partner Community Site’ section to activate the partner community site for the partners.
- Click Activate.
Once you activate the site, your channel managers can start enabling partner accounts and creating partner users.
