# Monitor Data Subject Access Requests in the Portability Log

After you run a portability policy to address a data subject access request, monitor the status and results of your request.

### Required Editions

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Portability Log, and then select **Portability Log**.

The Portability Log includes details about the data subject access request, including the data subject’s contact record, the user who processed the request, the portability policy used to process the request, and the time that the request finished processing. You can add to or edit the columns in the Portability Log table.

To view the compiled PII after the request completes, or to view error information if the job was unsuccessful, click the link under File URL. The results of the job download in a JSON file.

The job results are available for 60 days. After 60 days, the file is deleted from Privacy Center. You receive a reminder that the link is about to expire seven days before the expiration date.
