# Connect Your External Calendar from Your Partner Site

Connect your Google or Microsoft account so that customers see appointment times that reflect your current availability.

Ask your Salesforce admin for access to the partner site and confirm which Google or Microsoft account to connect.

Einstein Activity Capture uses your connected calendar to help Salesforce Scheduler avoid times when you're unavailable.

1. Log in to the partner Experience Cloud site.
2. Open the page that contains **Connected Accounts**.
3. Select the option to connect your Google or Microsoft account.
4. Log in to your external account and approve the requested access.
5. Return to the partner site and verify that the account shows as connected.
