Partner Deal Registration lets partner users submit deals on the partner site and lets channel managers review, approve, or reject submitted deals in Salesforce.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience |
| Available in: Partner Cloud with Deal Registration for Partners enabled in Salesforce Go. |
Partner users submit a deal from the partner site. Salesforce creates a lead, runs duplicate checks, and routes the submission to channel managers through the approval flow and the Orchestration Work Guide component.
The process has four stages: submission, duplicate review, approval or rejection, and partner notification.
What Salesforce Creates Automatically
- Partner Deal Registration lead process
- Partner Deal Registration lead record type
- A partner-facing deal registration flow
- An approval flow
- An approver notification flow
These assets are created out of the box when you enable the feature.
You still complete manual setup, including lead statuses, profile assignments, record page configuration, duplicate rule behavior, and report installation.
