# Vlocity Intelligence (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, Vlocity Intelligence can help you better understand how your customers respond, to make your marketing and client support efforts more effective. For example, while a contact center agent is answering a customer’s question about their cable service, the agent can be presented with material to assist in upselling the customer to a new Professional Sports package based on the customer’s interest in football and baseball.
