The Styles Lightning Web Component specifies the theme and gets the base CSS for that theme.

Attribute	Value	Type	Required	Description
url		string		Specifies the CSS resource URL.
theme	slds, nds (Default: slds)			Theme defines the style of the form; we have slds and nds as options.

<c-styles theme={theme}> .... </c-styles>
